Hi all! As I embark on my own 24-day Challenge, I wanted to share some insight on it.
The 10 Day Cleanse
The 10 Day Cleanse is the first 10 days of the challenge. This phase is about cleansing your body of toxins and restoring the good bacteria. During the challenge you will be eating clean (stay away from processed foods). Also, during the 10 days you want to stay away from dairy, coffee, and alcohol. If you are a daily coffee drinker, Spark does contain caffeine. This 10 day cleanse is gentle, making you not have the “bathroom emergencies”.
After the 10 day cleanse, you will move into the 14 day max phase.
14 Day Max Phase
During this phase you will continue to eat clean. You may allow some dairy and coffee in moderation. In this part of the phase you will use the MNS (Metabolic Nutrition System) packs you have selected. There are 3 to choose from:
MNS E – Energy
MNS 3 – Weight Management, Appetite Control, and Overall Wellness
MNS C – Appetite Control
Each one of these options contains all of the necessary vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and omegas.
One meal per day of your choosing will be replaced with the Meal Replacement Shake. The shakes come in several different flavors: vanilla, chocolate, chocolate mocha, berry, and dark chocolate (non-dairy/vegetarian formula)
**Suggested add on to the challenge is the catalyst. AdvoCare’s catalyst amino acid dietary supplement aids in maintain muscle mass, while you’re reducing calories or working out. Catalyst helps increase lean muscle mass. I totally recommended adding this to the challenge.
